other Universities in the Country but, I personally
encourage Institutions to design formal HIV/AIDS
programmes to educate both youths and the elderly
on how HIV/AIDS traps could be avoided with little
difficulties and enhance careforthose who are already
positive" says Prof. Okoth.

lengthy and boring no matter how
vital the message could be. Our planned page layout shall not
in any way affect the original and
gazetted work (the setup of the
Anti HIV/AIDS Anthem).
